I have used this once and no problems at all! You get a lot of different estimates from local businesses quickly. Take photos and submit and you will have a job completed before you know it! For a nice reward...you can earn gift cards as well! R.E. Time-saving app and very helpful in finding a contractor. Like being able to see people's reviews and their previous jobs. Very helpful app Easy to use and perfect app to provide the work details and get the estimates from the contractors. I just purchased a new home and Smith has been a valuable resource in helping me find contractors and other service providers. Easy to use and helped me get my project done. So far so good...Put in my request for services and have already gotten several responses and the app is very easy to use.. What's nice and what's sets Smith apart from the other project apps out there is that they have a representative that works with you to ensure the process moves smoothly from initial quotes, to appointments to budgets and approval for job..... That was kind of nice as you didn't feel just thrown to the wolves.. Another great option was the contractor reviews section that allowed you to read through reviews of potential service providers to find the best person/company for the job... And furthermore affords the ability to take them out of your purview so that you do not a time with someone you know you won't be selecting... Lastly the point system cool also... I don't know a lot about but the ability to earn reward cards/ie gift cards is pretty cool ... Have been using this for over a year and love it!
