Clean Image tile cleaning and grout cleaning process utilizes the latest advancements in grout cleaning and restoration. While some companies still used dated grout cleaning and tile cleaning systems, and dangerous and strong odor chemicals to do the grout cleaning, we were one of the first companies to utilize the pressurized steam spray within a simultaneous vacuum recovery system in year 1999. This approach provides the most effective and safest system to accomplish grout cleaning and tile cleaning. After we do the tile cleaning and grout cleaning and dry it using vacuum squeegees and air movers, we can seal the tile floor and seal the grout with our impregnating tile sealer and grout sealer. The grout will absorb the sealer into its pores, creating a barrier against future staining. Grout sealers are clear designed to seal the grout and will not change the color or make them glossy. We provide a 5-Year grout sealing warranty on our clear impregnator grout sealers with annual maintenance cleanings. Crack tiles can be repaired by mixing a filler material to match the tile. Often the wider the crack, the easier the crack is to repair. If a light tile has been cracked for a long period of the time, soil can stain the bisque, or sides of the tile making it difficult to blend the tile repair, as the dark staining on the sides of the crack will show trough the light tile color. Polishing ceramic, porcelain, or quarry tiles can be done using polishing abrasives or new diamond pad technology. Polishing a tile surface will remove or lessen fine scratches, increase the level of reflectivity, and provide a smother finish that will be easier to maintain. Unlike waxes or floor finishes that have to be periodically stripped and reapplied, diamond polishing is a long term finish product that usually will last 5-10 years. Like a natural optical shine on stone, it will not yellow, peel, or wear off. Anti-slip treatments will treat a surface to make it less slippery when wet. Unlike in the past where you would add a fine aggregate to a topical coating and apply, this process adds an “invisible texture” to a surface. There is no peeling, blistering or yellowing that can occur with coatings. You cannot see the anti-slip treatment, however when you get a surface that has been treated wet, it is difficult to slip, amazing product. Good maintenance for tile and grout starts with good walk of mats at entry points. A central or HEPA vacuum system will do a better job than a boom at removing the fine, hard to see particle soils and dust, and won’t put that dust into the air you breath. After a good vacuum, a neutral cleaner is recommended for grout sealed and tile sealed surfaces so it will clean without leaving behind sticky cleaner residues, or streaking that can attract soil. Standard mop and buckets are not the best solution to clean your tile, because soon you will be spreading the soil. I recommend to mix you neutral cleaner, apply to the floor with an inexpensive pump-up sprayer, allow to sit for 5 minutes, agitate any heavy soiled areas with a brush (we can provide an excellent stand up to use swivel grout cleaning brush) and use a clean cotton towel to absorb. Many stores now sell a Cuban mop, which is a wooden dowel at the end of a pole. You wrap the towel around the dowel and push around floor to absorb the soiled solution. With correct neutral cleaner, there is no need to rinse, you are done, and it is that easy. We sell a very popular tile cleaning and grout cleaning product called “neutral cleaner” that works great.
