Saturday night found Clay Harris in action at Needmore Speedway (Needmore, Georgia) pulling double duty for the annual Early Bird. Following the second fastest time in qualifying in the Georgia Late Model division, Harris scored a 2nd place finish in his heat earning him the 3rd-starting position for the feature. Running in a podium spot the whole race, Harris dropped back one spot late to place 3rd behind Russell Brown and Rhett Carter with Grayson Ott and Nevin Gainey completing the Top 5 finishers. Behind the wheel of the Rosen Materials #6 Late Model entry, Clay Harris visited North Florida Speedway (Lake City, Florida) on Saturday for the regular night of racing. Fighting a ill-handing car throughout the A-Main, Harris landed a 4th place finish behind Nevin Gainey, Steven Skipper, and Russell Brown with Wayne O'Neil coming in 5th. Powering the Dunn Rite Construction #6 602 Late Model, Clay Harris invaded Needmore Speedway (Needmore, Georgia) on Saturday night competing in a field of 11 cars. After slipping up early in his heat race, Harris bounced back on the white flag making his move to pass the leader and capture the heat win. Earning the pole position for the A-Main, Clay led wire-to-wire registering his fourth win of the season. Victor Mathews, Riley Cason, James Willis, and Glenn Owens completed the Top 5 finishers.
