I offer a unique shop at home service. I have a large van full of samples: drapery fabrics, trim, drapery hardware, wallpaper books and rugs samples. I carry a portfolio of work that I’ve done as well as many other visual aids. This allows you to view fabrics and colors in the lighting and convenience of your home with your furnishings. I will assist you in making selections and design. I believe your home should be a reflection of your personality, not mine. I will, however, prevent you from making a costly mistake. I have worked with clients in very contemporary and modern homes as well as traditional, transitional and coastal. Many people ask me how I got started in this business. I worked in the window fashions industry as a sales representative for a Hunter Douglas fabricator for 5 years in the Boston area. Working the trade shows and being in the factories gave me a huge advantage when I started my retail business in 1993. By 2001, I had expanded my business to a 10,000 square foot facility which included blind, shade and interior shutter manufacturing, a drapery work room and a store front where I sold window fashions, furniture, wallpaper, carpeting, lamps and other accessories. I always offered the shop at home service, even to walk- in clients from the store. Needing a lifestyle change prompted me to sell that business in 2006 and move to Jacksonville, Fl. where I started the same shop at home business, but without the store front. I consider it a privilege to be invited into your house and assist you in making it feel more like your home. I love this industry and all the wonderful people I’ve met over the last 21 plus years.
