Jorge is an internationally recognized expert with more than 30 years’ experience in public sector management, the design and evaluation of projects, risk analysis and government procurement. As President of CTF he provides the overall direction of the company, bringing a wealth of experience in international relations and high-level contacts with government officials and private sector companies worldwide. He also provides oversight and quality control in all operations, as well as advice and support to CTF’s team in risk analysis. In addition to CTF, Jorge is the President and CEO of (C&A), a Public Sector Management and Procurement consulting company. Raul is a seasoned manager and trade finance specialist with more than ten years of experience in domestic and International Trade Finance. He has assisted countless businesses in increasing their working capital through receivables, purchase order finance, contract finance, letters of credit and other creative funding mechanisms. Prior to establishing CTF, Raul was a Senior Vice-President at Bibby Financial Services (Bibby), where he started and managed Bibby’s Purchase Order Finance Inc., a successful wholly owned subsidiary of Bibby. The company offered purchase order finance and other innovative Trade Finance solutions to small and medium enterprises. Prior to Bibby, Raul was the International Director at Finexim, an international financing intermediary, where he developed and managed a network of representative offices in eight Latin-American countries which originated clients that exported to the United States and needed more working capital. Raul has also held various management positions with international trading companies; giving him a rather unique perspective on trade, finance, team building and business development. He holds an MBA from American University in Washington D.C. where he now lives with his family. Reyes is an experienced professional bringing several years of expertise in trade, finance and business development to CTF. He started his investment banking career in 1992 in the private client group of Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in providing funding, advisory and investment management services to international private, corporate and government clients. In 1995 Reyes moved into the private consulting arena as an independent agent which allowed him to assist minority and disadvantaged businesses in various areas which included raising capital, operations and business development, while providing many other advisory services. Reyes has joined CTF as Director of Business Development. In this capacity he interacts with clients at all levels and is particularly dedicated to assisting micro, small and mid-sized businesses in accessing private capital for expansion via Purchase Order funding and other mechanisms. With our in-depth knowledge of trade finance and government procurement we can provide financing fast and efficiently to small businesses, disadvantaged, minority and veteran-owned and 8(a) companies.
