Clark and Cindy We are trained health and wellness coaches. We are experienced in Chronic Disease and Pain Management. We are cross trained in Diabetes Self Management, Healthy Eating, and Active Living. We are certified Tai Chi instructors. In our retirement we are co-pastors at a 55 and over retirement community.
