Claddagh Home Watch is owned and operated by Jim McGrath, with the invaluable assistance of Chris Tavano. Jim is originally from Galway in the west of Ireland and now resides in wonderful Lakewood Ranch. Jim’s background is in the tiling industry. Chris is originally from Orlando, Florida and now resides in Bradenton. Chris’ background is in the painting and waterproofing industry. Jim and Chris have been working together in the home watch service since 2011. Through Claddagh Home Watch, we are offering a personal individualized home watch service. We propose to meet with the homeowner to formulate a customized package which meets the specific needs, requirements and concerns of the homeowner. Our service is ideal for both residential and vacation homeowners who spend extended periods of time away from their Florida residence.
