Cheryl is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Florida. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and also certified in financial forensics (CFF). She has over 20 years experience working with small businesses, evaluating internal controls and the potential for fraud, financial analysis in the scope of contract terms, allowable costs, and lost profitability. In addition she has evaluated joint venture financial reporting, analyzed effects of shareholder disputes, and assessed the reasonableness of buyer acquisition pricing.
