Jayne Cicman is President and Principal MDS Consultant at Cicman Group, Inc.  In this position, Cicman is responsible for every phase of MDS management and reimbursement for her clients.  Through both long term and short term contracts, Cicman identifies target areas for improvement and, working with staff, implements proven RUGS maximization techniques specific to the facility’s resident mix.  Cicman’s success with RUGS maximization speaks for itself with case mix increases and a smaller percentage in the lower 18 RUGs. Cicman has over 40 years of experience in the nursing industry – hospital, nursing home, and administration for profit, not-for-profit, private and corporate facilities.  She also has extensive experience with business, from managing an import/export business to sales in various industries.  Cicman is currently based in the Central Florida region.
