CIASF, INC., originally known as the Industrial Association of Dade County (IADC) since its founding in 1980, serves as a hub for business leaders invested in South Florida's industrial and commercial real estate sectors. Recognizing the broad scope of its services, CIASF embraced its current name in 2006 to better represent its commitment to both industrial and commercial markets. Today, with a membership of over 275 professionals, CIASF stands as a pivotal network for high-caliber real estate experts, affiliates, and service providers. Its headquarters is nestled at 13621 Deering Bay Drive in Coral Gables, FL. The organization dedicates itself to advocating within the industry, striving to ensure that regulations are reasonable and effective, thus fostering an environment conducive to growth and productivity. By monitoring and influencing government policies affecting these sectors, CIASF works tirelessly to curb unnecessary constraints on business activities while advising both industries and governmental bodies in developing practical guidelines. As a Florida non-stock corporation (DOMNP) incorporated on December 18, 2009, CIASF remains transparent and accessible.
