He founded gMed in 1997 (recently sold to Modernizing Medicine) and is an active investor and board member for several businesses and NGOs. Rick is Managing Principal and co-founder of Risk Navigation Group, one of the top 10 independent risk management consulting firms according to Business Insurance Magazine. In his spare time he designed and co-launched 5 insurance companies. Joe is a veteran entrepreneur and leader in Healthcare Information Technology.
