Hi there! Thanks for wanting to know a little bit more about me. I've been doing this yoga/fitness thing for over 16 years.  It truly is what I love to do. I practice yoga, I teach yoga, I believe yoga, in some form, can benefit everybody. My teacher told me "Yoga is not one size fits all" and she was right. I pride myself on listening to what my clients and class participants need and strive to deliver an appropriate program. Some people need more asana, or postures, some need a focus on breathing and some need help with meditation and mindfulness.  I founded and operated a yoga studio for close to eight years. It was a great adventure and learning experience and it is where I really honed my craft as an instructor. I sold my share of the business to  teach classes, workshops,  private sessions and go back to school.  I am still learning daily how to better my teaching and my business. I believe we should lift each other up, the success I wish for myself I wish for you.  I get asked how I come up with my class formats on a regular basis by instructors and students alike. I am asked for my thoughts on opening and running a yoga or fitness studio, what to do and not do. I am asked who to learn from and where to go for training. My years in this business give me the knowledge and experience to answer these questions with some authority and I am finding that I absolutely LOVE helping instructors, students or even just the curious figure out how yoga can enhance and change theirs lives, whether its through making it a career, Welcome to my website.
