We make our chocolates custom designed to meet your needs by hand using the finest products available. There are no preservatives in our chocolate, nor is there caffeine in our white chocolate. We produce our chocolates in small batches to ensure freshness and request that large orders be placed in advance of your event. At Chocolates by Michelle we use the finest quality chocolate, Merckens Chocolate, in all our handmade creations. Merckens Chocolate is based in Massachusetts and has been producing fine chocolate since 1912. Merckens contains no preservatives and is nut allergy safe. It is delicious. Yummy!! Since 1984, Chocolates by Michelle has been creating unique molded chocolate confections, in nearly every shape and size with a collection of over 18,000 chocolate molds.
