While earning his accounting degree at the University of Georgia, Sean found time to run on the track team. He continues the racing tradition today, whether he’s running, cycling, sailing, kayaking, or helping CHG stay on pace and hit new milestones. James grew up in Roswell, New Mexico, but he’s never seen a UFO. After graduating from New Mexico State University and starting his career in public accounting, he joined CHG and helped build our financial management division into an even more powerful asset to the company. Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development A childhood in rural Ohio taught Leslie the value of good relationships, which she draws upon as she leads marketing, communications, PR, and business development. She and her husband are the proud parents of two children, whom Leslie considers her greatest accomplishments. Mike’s parents taught him from a young age that he could accomplish anything he wanted to in life. Sounds about right, because here at CHG he continually pushes the boundaries of what’s possible as his team provides award-winning technology support. After graduating with a degree in applied mathematics, Kevin sought out a company where he could put his data processing skills into action. He now runs all of CHG’s “people” aspects, including attracting new talent, training employees, and planning events. David has certainly made his mark at CHG since arriving 26 years ago, mentoring many of our company’s leaders and helping to develop our award-winning culture. That same people-first focus extends to his family life. David’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife and children in the outdoors. After color blindness grounded his plans to be a pilot, Alan began a successful career in the staffing industry. With more than a quarter century of experience, he enjoys mentoring others and helping his team develop both professionally and personally. Melissa loves helping others reach their full potential, having been personally mentored by the ultimate people-builder: her grandmother.
