Our family has been an integral part of this community and its growth for decades. We look forward to you allowing our knowledge, expertise and experience to work for you! Even if you aren't in the market to buy/sell now - feel free to contact us with any questions, referrals or just to say "Hi!"
Dale Chapman Webb and her daughter, Kristy Webb Figueras consider themselves very fortunate to come from a family that has been a part of the fiber and growth of South Florida for decades. Dale’s father and Kristy’s grandfather, Alvah Chapman Jr., was the CEO of Knight Ridder Newspapers when it was headquartered in Miami so they both grew up with an insider’s knowledge of the community and close personal relationships with a myriad of community and business leaders.
Dale was front-and- center when her father diligently worked to develop initiatives that helped Miami become the global city it is today.
Alvah’s remarks to an influential group of business leaders ring true today… “I have a simple philosophy. Of all the cities in America, one has to be the best one, has to make the most progress. One city has to show the way. Some city has to write the book on civic progress. Why couldn’t it be this greater Miami community? So here is my challenge to you: Let’s resolve to be the best, make the most progress and show the way.”
This belief is just as true today for Dale and Kristy, who together are using their vast knowledge of this community to help meet their client’s real estate needs. We love sharing our knowledge and love of Miami with everyone we meet!
Dale has lived in and raised her family in many of Miami’s communities. As a purchaser and seller of numerous homes from a variety of neighborhoods within our community, Dale understands what it takes to sell your home and how to find the home you desire. Dale’s roots in South Florida run deep, having started her career as a Buyer with Federated Department Stores at Burdine’s Miami.
