Wendy Chandler is the creative mind behind Chandler Designs, the leading design company for model home merchandising on Florida’s First Coast. The highly sought after company came to be as a result of Wendy’s experience working with a national home builder as a design studio manager. While there, she guided hundreds of home buyers through the daunting process of interior and exterior finish selections, and served on the National Design Council where she helped establish design studio practices around the country. Other national home builders realized Wendy’s capability to design model homes as selling tools, and Chandler Designs was established in 2007. With so many impressive model homes on the First Coast, home buyers have sought Chandler Designs to help them create stunning interiors in their own homes. Wendy and her team make these interiors attainable to homeowners through their retail store, Chandler Designs Home, by offering home furnishings, custom upholstery, flooring, window coverings, art and accessories. In-home interior design consultations are offered to private clients by our designers who can aid in any portion of the design process.
