Here is our story: Meanwhile, in December 1985, Lisa graduated from Auburn University with a degree in International Business and French which eventually landed her a job as a Sales Representative with an International Shipping Company, Sea-Land Services, Inc. in South Florida. Although her real estate career was going well, after 5 years of living in the “frozen tundra”, Lisa was ready to move back south and discovered the community of Watercolor and the St. Joe company while online entering to win the HGTV dream home in NW Florida. She worked for a couple of years as a Broker Associate for a boutique company specializing in Gulf-front properties before opening Champion Realty of the South in 2005. In June 2013, Lisa accepted a position as Broker/Manager for a company out of Birmingham to open a Florida branch and successfully built a team of 18 agents. In August 2015, Tim and Lisa celebrated their 25 wedding anniversary with a 9-day trip to the Southern California coast and joined forces as “The Champion Team” to build their businesses together and provide an all-inclusive real estate experience to their customers.
