Chris Glochau is the Owner of Champion Home Inspectors, a locally owned and operated Home Inspection company in St. Augustine, Florida. Chris is a native of New Jersey and has been a resident of St. Johns County for over ten years.  He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and proudly served his country during the Kosovo Conflict. Chris is a married to a local Realtor®, Tracy and they have two dogs, Gypsy and Nila. When Chris is not protecting home buyers and home sellers peace of mind, he enjoys the many benefits of being a St. Augustine resident. He can be found hunting, fishing, diving or boating around the Nation’s oldest city in his spare time. Chris regularly supports and devotes his time for such local organizations like Hoots n Howls, St. Francis House and the Betty Griffin House. Before opening Champion Home Inspectors, Chris spent over twelve years in the building and construction industry. He has specialized in the fabrication of multi-million dollar yachts and has the distinct honor of working on some of the most historic structures in St. Augustine. Chris works hand in hand with licensed real estate professionals on a daily basis to ensure the success of all parties involved.
