From our initial meeting in his office on July 6th to August 29th when he handed us the keys to our new home we have been Impressed with Chad's eye for details and his commitment to excellence. At our first meeting he gave us information packets from every assisted living facility in Longmont because he knew we would be moving my husband's 92 year old father with us from Seattle. He also spent the morning asking us questions about our families, our hobbies and our dreams for a new home. With that information he was able to narrow our search to realistic homes that met our criteria. Each day he provided us with a binder containing informational sheets on the homes we were going to see and in the order of which we would be seeing them. In the three days we had to look at homes he took us to approximately 15 homes from Golden to Carter Lake, up both Boulder and Left-hand Canyons and east to 1-25. He explained differences in building materials, outdoor watering rules and community fireplace bans. We discussed commuting, flooding and snow removal concerns. He educated us on heat pumps, mineral rights and different HOA fees. Chad thoroughly read through the contract and counteroffers with us. He represented us at the inspection, helped coordinate all repairs and maintenance that were needed and worked with the seller to allow the carpets and ducts to be cleaned prior to our arrival from Seattle. Chad met us at our new home immediately after closing with the keys and he arranged a locksmith to arrive with him to change the locks for our safety and security.
