Mission Statement The CFGIS Workshop, Inc. will facilitate and promote cooperation, communication, education and data sharing and will improve the status and level of effectiveness of Geographic Information System use in Central Florida. Through the conduct of an annual Workshop and presenting other training opportunities to GIS professionals, governmental decision makers and other potential beneficiaries, the organization will encourage and facilitate the advancement of regional GIS education and provide a forum for cooperation and the exchange of ideas, resources, technology, and data.
