The most often question we are asked at Certstaffix® Training is "What are your prices?". We price based on how many people need the training and whether it will be a class held live online or onsite at your office. Software required provided in lab environment during public classes. Most classes are not all lecture - you can learn by actually doing. classes from your home or work - all you need is a high-speed internet connection. We provide access to any needed software and lab environments during your class. We’ll ship you any course material about 1 week prior to your class start date. classes at one of our computer lab locations - you’ll get access to a fully set up learning environment for you to walk into and start class. We provide a computer and access to any needed software and lab environments. You’ll receive any course materials on the first day of class. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of your course but it is not an official certification for the software. Our courses are designed to teach the programs and prepare the students to take the appropriate certifications exams. However, we do not provide certification or deliver the certification exams. Students are responsible for arranging and paying for the certification exams on their own from a third party. We thank you for your service, but we are not able to accept the GI Bill at this time. Since we are a training company and not specifically a school, Certstaffix® Training is not an authorized institution under the G.I. Bill. We are confident that we can teach our courses in the amount of class time we provide. Our experienced instructors determine how long they need to teach the entire course outline. The main difference between our classes and those offered by a college/university is that all of our class days are 7 hours long, whereas a typical class day at a college is only one hour and meets maybe twice a week. So, a 5 day class that we offer is actually 35 hours long. That 35 hours is normally stretched over the length of a semester when taken at a college/university. 8) Can you provide one on one private training? We can provide private onsite one on one training but we would still need to charge the minimum onsite price for each course which may be cost prohibitive for individuals. All you need is a high speed internet connection and computer with microphone and speakers for voice over IP audio. We do not offer any type of job placement or career services. Our focus is strictly on technical and business training. Though we do offer training to those who are taking our courses in order to obtain skills needed to find a new job, most of our customers are people who come to us through their employer to learn software and other business skills for their current position. We limit most classes to 10 students total. This help keep you class small to allow for lots of personal attention from your instructor. Just ask for help. We provide you access to any needed software and lab environments during class. We will ship you any courseware about 1 week prior to your class start. No. We provide access to a web hosted lab environment during class that contains all the software you need for class. If you attend from home or your office, you will need a computer with high speed internet, speakers and a microphone for the voice over IP class audio. Most classes include course manuals. Any manual provided is yours to keep when you complete the class. Training materials are shipped directly to you about 1 week prior to class start. You should receive your materials at the address designated on the registration form a couple of days before class. Business casual dress code. Certstaffix® Training is primarily a Business-to-Business training provider. In certain locations, we cannot accept enrollments from students who's tuition fees are being paid by themselves, not their employer. If paying by check - Payment is due 15 days from this registration request. To request alternative payment terms, you must call 888-330-6890. If you have submitted a late registration, less than 15 days before your class start date, we require immediate payment. If we have not received your payment by the due date, we may reschedule/cancel your enrollment. Travel arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the student. Certstaffix® Training suggests obtaining refundable reservations. Certstaffix® Training classes are confirmed approximately 14 days before the start of the class. We cannot guarantee class commitments before that window of time. Certstaffix® Training will not be responsible for any cancellation costs incurred, including but not limited to, airline/mass transit tickets, hotel reservations and so on.
