Laurent Pierre, Jr. is Cephas Consulting Group's Senior Managing Partner - Small Business.  He leads CCG's consulting business and manages our small business start-up, website development, mobile app development, Amazon.com Marketplace Integration Services and  project management services for our small business clients.  Laurent is a proven leader with over 20 years of professional experience in a variety of industries which include manufacturing, beverage distribution, government, financial services and more recently cloud and cognitive computing.  He is well versed in delivering world class technical support, building high performance teams, leading business system integration, resolving complex business process challenges and developing strategic solutions with long lasting impact.  Laurent has worked in a variety of roles including technology consulting, financial management, system integration, business development and senior management at companies such as US Peace Corps, Republic National Beverage Distribution, Lockheed Martin IT, The World Bank Group and IBM.  In addition, Laurent has established several small businesses which included an artist brush distribution company with over 10,000 global customers and a web development company. Laurent has earned a Bachelor in Business Administration - International Business from Howard University.  He also earned two MBAs in Financial Management and Management from Southeastern University.
