I have been a cyclist for 20 years, starting out as a mountain biker, then a triathlete doing all distances up to half Iron Man with the Olympic distance being my favorite. Then I moved on to be a Adventure racer with 24 to 30 hour races being my favorite distance, I have been a bike commuter for the last 4 years and still ride Road and Mountain any chance a can. I have eight bikes to choose from road to mountain and everything in between. I have been a Certified Body Geometry fitter since 2012 and one of only two in the state of Florida. Using my personal trainer knowledge I am able to work with cyclist on their core strength and flexibility limitations. I have helped teach the level 1 fit class at Specialized Bicycle Component University in Morgan Hill, California and had time in their wind tunnel working with Aero bike fit.
