All coaches earning their Certified Professional Coach designation provide client-focused coaching and subscribe to Core Values and to the Code of Ethics below. The Center for Coaching Certification values a high-quality, ethical norm throughout the coaching industry and sees supporting a cohesive effort for industry values, ethics, and core competencies as increasingly important. The Center for Coaching Certification is aligned with ICF, the International Coaches Federation. In line with the ICF core values and ICF definition of coaching, the Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders, who commit to abiding by the following ICF Code of Ethics: The “sponsor” is the entity (including its representatives) paying for and/or arranging for coaching services to be provided. In all cases, coaching engagement agreements should clearly establish the rights, roles and responsibilities for both the client and sponsor if the client and sponsor are different people. 21) Avoid any sexual or romantic relationship with current clients or sponsor(s) or students, mentees or supervisees. Prepare for classes, email students, and train using Center for Coaching Certification methodologies in an engaging and interactive way Read and provide feedback on homework assignments Graduate of both the Certified Professional Coach and Certified Master Coach classes at the Center for Coaching Certification Business Development Manager The mission of the Business Development team is: Create and support growth opportunities through coaching solutions.  The vision is to be "The resource for coaching results."  The team values are Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, and Excellence. Graduate of a Center for Coaching Certification class Operating a successful coaching business Understanding of and commitment to doing working on commission Requested Commitment: Because of the time involved in training and onboarding new Business Development professionals, you are asked to commit to one year or longer. The Center for Coaching Certification is expanding continuing education offerings and is open to suggestions, ideas, and new trainers for professional development and leadership programs. Free webinars are offered monthly. Each year, coaches certified through the Center for Coaching Certification collaborate and write a book which is available through Amazon. - is a Certified Master Coach and a Certified Coach Trainer through the Center for Coaching Certification plus an ACC credentialed member of the ICF. She has over 15 years of business experience with a background in project management and training. She specializes in career coaching and she has been coaching clients in this niche area for over two years offering one-on-one coaching and packages with professional development workshops. Her client base mainly consists of university graduate students and those seeking transition into new careers. Amy earned her Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the National Career Development Association and the Professional Association of Resume Writers. - is a Certified Master Coach and a Certified Coach Trainer through the Center for Coaching Certification plus an ACC credentialed member of the International Coach Federation. Specializing in executive coaching, Monique's 20-year corporate experience includes communications, marketing, sales, and management with various Fortune 500 companies representing the consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. Monique earned an MBA from the University of Michigan on a Consortium Fellowship with a concentration in corporate strategy and marketing. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing from The Ohio State University. She is married and has two sons and identifies herself as the eternal cheerleader living her life charged with positive energy.
