CrossFit Downtown Miami is a state of the art Fitness and Training Center in the heart of Downtown Miami, Florida! Located just minutes from Miami Beach, Brickell, and only a few blocks away from Downtown Miami’s business district. Our facility features 8,000 sq feet of training space, dressing rooms, private showers, and plenty of gated on site parking free of charge. CrossFit Downtown Miami is a strength and conditioning program managed by Chris Patterson, certified Crossit trainer and one of the pioneers of CrossFit in South Florida. Our coaching staff consists of some of the top CrossFit trainers and athletes in the industry. The CrossFit Downtown Miami program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of athletic experience. CrossFit taps into all 3 metabolic pathways, where as other forms of physical activity only tap into one or two. The workouts are short duration but at high intensity.
