Oswaldo Muratalla is CCAROM Partners’ Founder and Chief Executive Officer. As CEO he is responsible for the company’s growth as business consulting firm in the verticals of Contact Center, Accounts Receivable and Operations Management. He founded CCAROM Partners in mid 2014 aiming to contribute to the Accounts Receivable industry in transforming the way to do collections towards a non-invasive, consumer paced, consumer sensitive and fully compliant approach.
Mr. Muratalla brings to the table a long career of more than 19 years in the consumer banking industry in multiple countries. He spent most of his career working for Citibank as a senior operations executive, achieving a solid track of successful execution that has contributed more than 250 Million USD to different businesses and corporations in the US, Mexico and Latin America. Among his expertise are Accounts Receivable, Operations Management, Consumer Financing, Loss Mitigation, Call Center Management, Compliance and Control, Operational Excellence and Process Management.
Mr. Muratalla is also a graduate from Stanford University Business School - Sloan Masters Program Class of 2008. MBA and BS in Computer Engineering from ITAM in Mexico. He also holds a Credit and Compliance Officer designation from ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals in the US, as well as some other industry certifications.
We envision a totally new way to do collections, non-invasive, consumer-paced, consumer-sensitive and fully compliant.
