As CBX Software’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Hung holds overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 25 years of IT Industry experience, Michael has focused on developing software and solutions that streamline business processes for leading retail, manufacturing and financial services organizations. Prior to CBX, he consulted for a range of clients and industries with Lotus Consulting, now part of IBM. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, from Carnegie Mellon University. Most recently, he has focused on supply chain communications between Tier one retailers, manufacturers, distributors and their trading partners. Prior to joining CBX Software, Eric managed the Sales and Marketing operations for Direct EDI, Inc. in San Diego, California, where he helped grow the company from an early stage start-up to a multi-million dollar organization that was acquired by SPS Commerce in 2011. Connie Gleeson is the Global VP of Customer Success and heads up the Professional Services and Customer Care teams at CBX worldwide. Connie brings to her position a well established background in Information Technology and professional services. Prior to CBX, her career in IT spans over 20 years in Canada, Europe and Asia. Her roles included Sales Management, Project Management, Operational & P&L Management, Training and for 9 years owned her own Apple consulting business in Singapore. Most recently, Connie was at Apple Retail managing technical support and training teams. The last 15 years in Asia has helped her refine her skills in understanding business conducted across multi-cultures.
