is the founder of CayCap Advisors.  Mr. Martiner offers over 22 years of diverse and comprehensive experience involving virtually every tax credit available under state and federal tax codes having closed over $1B of transactions.  Mr. Martiner was a key growth catalyst for State Tax Credit Exchange and Gardner Capital and played a key role in co-founding Churchill Stateside Group in 2010 as its Executive Vice President.  He was employed by Alliant Capital from 2000-2009 where he served the roles of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions in charge of acquisitions for debt and equity, and as a Vice President of Acquisitions.   Mr. Martiner's experience also includes serving as the Director of Acquisitions for Raymond James, a Senior Acquisition Associate with Ocwen Financial Corporation/Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, and a Senior Asset Manager for Boston Capital where he managed investor returns and yield forecast for a portfolio in excess of $850MM of equity.  Mr. Martiner commonly acts as a key member and investor voice for many state housing coalitions and forums and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Central Connecticut State University.  CayCap Advisors, Inc. (“CayCap”) is a nationally recognized outsourced origination and advisory platform specializing in tax credit investment opportunities, the deployment of equity capital, debt financing and real estate development and advisory services.   CayCap offers over 22 years of expertise in the development, syndication and financing of multifamily properties.  We have  strategically advised and played a key role in building a direct equity platform for one of the largest privately-held companies in the U.S. and originated its initial $72M pipeline of investment properties.  CayCap develops and implements business plans to involve capital raising, product origination, stategic processes and procedures, and crafting partnership documents and upper tier fund offerings.  CayCap actively pursues all types of tax credit investment opportunities (state and federal) and may facilitate construction and permanent financing for certain projects or portfolios.  We can facilitate pre-development loans and other creative financial products that provide solutions to demanding projects under time constraints Please provide us with your information and we will be in touch.
