Welcome to Cavallari Gourmet! Cavallari Gourmet opened its doors on Wednesday January 4th, 2006. Since day one, Cavallari has been a family owned and operated business. Long-time Oviedo residents with a taste for great steaks and fancy foods had grown tired of traveling across town to gourmet shops. They knew if they wanted a neighborhood gourmet market they would have do do it. The idea for Cavallari Gourmet was born. Months later, after hours of research, training, and tasting, we were ready to open up shop. So early that January morning, the first slabs of meat hit the cutting boards. We sharpened our knives and have never looked back. We’re not exactly sure, but we know it will be delicious. What we can say is that no matter what, our focus will always be on our YOU, our customer, and our goal will always be to deliver the best products possible with the best service you can get.
