Established in 2008, Quality Labor Management was designed to change the way staffing works. Founder and President Mark Lang envisioned developing a high-end professional skilled service company that partnered with clients in need of skilled staff. Mark’s business model did not entertain daily dispatching from a labor pool but instead focused on long-term projects and professional recruiting. Annually, QLM hosts a charity golf tournament raising over $40,000 from the event in support of The Faine House, a program of the Children’s home Society of Florida. We are proud to support our local community and those less fortunate. Each of our branch locations is also dedicated to supporting those less fortunate with a hand-up in their communities. Quality Labor Management is currently the only staffing company that offers a Share Program. Through this program, clients can endure a trial period with their new employees. The Owner-Operator program allows entrepreneurs to operate a staffing and recruiting agency in a specific geographic area within the United States. The program is designed to allow individuals to own and operate their own staffing and recruiting business without paying significant franchise royalties. Individuals in this program will be trained on how to set up their local office, how to prospect for clients, how to screen employment applicants and will receive training in each of the various industries QLM offers employment. Each Owner Operator is trained in the founding philosophy of QLM which includes: Safety, Productivity, and Quality (SPQ.) “QLM is a good honest and hard working company that will do what they say they are going to do.
