I started small, I subleased a commercial kitchen and started baking on a per order basis…thanks to our growing and pleased clientele we opened our own store at Biltmore Way, Coral Gables in July 2012. Today we are proud to offer our desserts at many local restaurants and hotels as well as take custom orders for our loyal clientele. At Catalina’s we specialize in mini sweets, dessert tables, gourmet gifts and finger food. Since we are a boutique bake shop and not a bakery, we bake daily to fulfill our orders in order to guarantee a 100% satisfied client. Yes, you may need to plan ahead, but we guarantee you are going to be pleasantly surprised with our quality, freshness and presentation. However, we carry a limited menu available at the store at all times for your last minute needs.
