Our History and Mission Castlebridge Management, LLC was founded in 2008 to serve the needs of common interest communities in the Greater Delaware Valley Region. Our mission it to support the goals of the Board and to manage and maintain the value and integrity of your community. The focus of Castlebridge Management is to provide professional, effective property management services that deliver what is expected. Our successful property management experience, comprehensive knowledge, and relationships with a broad variety of vendors will bring a high level of resources, service and expertise in problem solving abilities to your community. We are able to assist communities in developing and executing budgets, implementing collection strategies, tracking maintenance and efficiently handling of Homeowner questions or concerns. Castlebridge founder and principal Kerry Tobin long ago recognized the importance of building strong and trusted relationships with HOA executive boards. After many years working for other established property management companies, Kerry found that some of the corporate structure and cultures of the larger firms prevented her from providing the type of high touch service that she felt that her communities not only expected but deserved It was at this point that Kerry took the next logical step and launched her own property management firm. With Kerry’s reputation in the industry, it wasn't long before some HOAs invited Castlebridge to manage their communities.
