had the best experience with Case Bothers of Spartanburg! I called and had a plethora of questions about the pianos at the Brevard sale. My sales representative and I talked on the phone, texted, and emailed countless times over the past month. He ALWAYS thoroughly answered my questions and made me feel like he had nothing else to do in the world except help me figure out which piano would best suit my wants and needs. He sent pictures of the piano I was mainly interested in and we made an appointment for an in person viewing. My three children (ages 9, 8, and 7) and I made the hour and 15 minute drive to Brevard to see the piano in person. My sales representative greeted me with a hug...like I said, we talked a LOT about this potential purchase. We went into the showroom to look at all the pianos. As you can imagine, after a long drive, my children were antsy and did not want to sit still. This didn't bother my sales representative at all, didn't phase him. He was extremely understanding that three young children are only interested in looking at pianos for about 5 minutes! But we were in the showroom for at least an hour. Although I'm sure they had many appointments that day, I never felt rushed, hurried, or pressured. Our sales representative was telling us that pianos are always "shes" and that they are often given names. I was pretty sure that I wanted the East Indian Rosewood but I wanted to look at the traditional Ebony just to be sure. When we walked back over to the East Indian Rosewood, my 9 year old daughter looked at the piano and said "She just looks so Graceful". Our sales representative and I immediately looked at each other and we just knew. That's how our new piano, Grace, got her name before she even left the showroom! I am now the proud owner of a Steinway A East Indian Rosewood 6' 2" grand piano named Grace. It is a dream come true. Many thanks to Case Brothers and their wonderful people!”
“What a fantastic experience we shared in choosing Case Piano for the purchase of a Grand Piano for our church. In their preparation for helping us make our decision, they dedicated a full day inviting us to try already selected pianos knowing our basic needs and desires. They volunteered to visit our church in order to assure that we were on track with size, space required, etc.
“I recently bought a Roland HP605 digital piano from Case Brothers of Spartanburg and just had to share my joy with you. The instrument was assembled by Case Brothers, checked out by their staff, and delivered to my home free of charge. It is an exceptional instrument and I am totally satisfied with the service from Case Brothers. This is the seventh piano (digital and acoustic) that I have bought in my life and my experience with Case Brothers far exceeds my previous purchases. The staff is very helpful, courteous, and the price offered to me was better than I had expected. If you are in the market for a quality acoustic or digital piano, I recommend visiting Case Brothers of Spartanburg – you will not be disappointed.
Again, thanks for all your help.
