Carter Building Company is a custom home builder and real estate developer located in the Destin area of Northwest Florida. The Company builds in all areas of South Walton and Okaloosa counties, including the beach communities of 30a, Crystal Beach, Kelly Plantation, and Destin. Carter Building Company was founded by Jason Carter in 2010. is a Destin native and lives there with his wife, Molly, and three children, Julia, Mac and Miles. Jason received a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Georgia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama. Having worked for years in the commercial construction and real estate development industries, Jason brings a wealth of experience to Carter Building Company. Carter Building Company prides itself in both our close attention to good design and our quality of construction.
