About Carroll Collins Bail Bonds In 1961, Carroll “Buddy” Collins was a police officer in Palm Beach County, Florida. Although rewarding, he wanted the freedom and flexibility of working for himself, and that is how Carroll Collins Bail Bonds began. In 1997 Carroll Collins took Lisa M. Johns-Grose under his wing, and educated and trained Lisa to help run his day to day bail related operations. Today, Carroll Collins Bail Bonds is still operating with 21 year employee Lisa M. Johns-Grose at the helm. Lisa is active in the bail industry on both the county & state level. Lisa Johns-Grose has been with Carroll Collins Bail Bonds since 1997. She became a licensed Bail Agent in 2000 and is an expert in all things bail. Lisa has testified at numerous bail hearings and has written bonds for most counties throughout Florida. She is an international line dance choreographer, instructor and dancer. She is also President of Cactus Moon Line Dancers, they perform throughout the State as a nonprofit organization. Lisa is married to her handsome husband, Ty, they have three great kids and two purrrrfect cats. Christina Perez is the newest of our agents, being licensed since 2010, however she has been with Carroll Collins Bail Bonds since 2000 when she was still an infant. Christina is also very knowledgeable about the bail industry and can explain it brilliantly in both English and Spanish. She is our sports enthusiast, currently mastering crossfit.
