At Carrera Wine Cellar it's our mission to provide thoughtful wine education for wine as it should be...simple, fun and shared. Joe is a proud graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where he majored in Business Administration, Political Science, American History, and English. It was a chance visit to a tasting room in 2013 that left Joe with a burning desire to learn more about the wine industry.  He immediately researched different wine classes and came across Tony Porcellini's Bordeaux... Danielle Cook and her late husband Ike are well known in the St. Augustine area as the former owner/operators of Ike’s Island Ice Cream at St. Augustine Beach from 1989-2004.  Danielle has resided in St. Augustine for over 28 years. She is a frequent class presenter at Carrera Wine Cellar. A wine lover from way back, Danielle completed a 10-month wine course under the tutelage...
