Our three-week training program will teach your canine companion all foundation commands and allow you to focus on keeping up with your busy schedule. Since your dog will be staying with us during this period, he/she will receive two to four training sessions per day in a comfortable environment with loving care. This program is one of the most effective methods of training and will provide excellent results for you and your companion. Carla and Golden View Dog Training exceeded my expectations in training my mixed-breed rescue pup. Mavis appears to be part lab and part pit and has been a handful from day 1. At 8 months old I finally made the call to Carla and sent Mavis to her board and train program. Carla was very thorough in her evaluation of Mavis and of my expectations prior to Mavis’ stay. Her facility is extremely clean and secure. Her program is structured and the take home packet is very helpful. My family and I received daily updates via text. Mavis returned home with manners and following important commands such as quiet, sit, off, leave it, easy, and come. She even has additional commands under her belt such as sitting before exiting a door, heeling on a walk, going to her “place” and a few others. We still reinforce the commands and use the e-collar daily with her and she is still a very energetic mischief maker…but, with manners! I highly recommend Carla and Golden View Dog Training. Amazing results! Carla did an excellent job with our standard poodle, Pico, working on his manners, social skills, anxiety and unwanted barking in public. Our sweet boy received a great obedience training in the most loving and positive atmosphere and we are so happy with the results. Thank you, Carla! My 2 huskies and I stayed at the farm for a few days…with dogs in training and boarding, as well as with Carla’s dogs. I observed all of her training sessions during those days and was so impressed with how well Carla’s calm, sweet direction helped those feisty pups behave! I will definitely board them with Carla when we are gone for extended trips (we live a few hours away).
