Mara was wonderful, the best aide we ever had, I wish all aides are as helpful and caring. My husband loved her. Thank you Caring Home Care. Lloyd and I thank you for all that you did to help us to be able to keep Saralyne at home, where she wanted to be. Ray and Marie, were wonderful to her, and even though it was for a short time, she grew fond of each of them. Marie, will always hold a special place with everyone in the family, because her being with Saralyne made it possible for her to attend her niece’s daughter’s wedding, which turned out to be her last outing. I would like to acknowledge Fanny G. for the outstanding job that she has provided to my mother. Taking Care of my mother has not been an easy task until she came into our life. Fanny is a very caring person and she goes above and beyond her task to make sure that all my mother’s needs are addressed. Fanny’s vigilance was the instrument which caused my mother to be treated with her recent diagnosis. She recommended to take my mother to the hospital which was the best advice I ever followed, I value her input in everything regarding my mother. Once again, I would like to recommend her for her exemplary work ethic and perfect service. I just had to write you and let you know about the aide that comes to our house 3 days a week. Leonie is, by far, the most wonderful aide that we have ever had. We have been dealing with my mother in law for 8 years and have had many aides coming in to help her but never have we had anyone as wonderful as the one we have now. She is a very caring and compassionate individual and takes wonderful care of my mother in law. She always has a positive attitude and I have never seen her when she did not have a smile on her face. My mother in law has advanced Alzheimer's and is not always the easiest patient to deal with but Leonie never seems to have a problem with her and handles her duties in an exceptional manner. On a five star rating system Leonie would get 6 stars as she is the epitome what a caregiver should be. Her manner, dedication to duty, attitude, and above all her work ethic are all fantastic qualities that she possesses. Thank you very much for sending her to us. Caring Home Care has been a godsend for my mother. After many negative experiences with caregivers from another agency, we switched to this one and we couldn't be happier. The caregiver is absolutely wonderful; she is caring, competent, diligent and provides great company for my mother. She takes every task upon herself and never has to be asked. This is a wonderful, well managed agency and I would highly recommend it. Just wanted to let you know how helpful Ari was in getting CNA Insurance to pay my mother's claim. She is really a wonderful asset to the company and made this difficult process much easier. I also want to thank Caring again for all your help. My mother is really back to normal and we are very grateful for that. It is with huge appreciation and admiration that I write this note about Caring Home Care, Linda Barg Manzini and the staff. In the last year, I had an injury. I needed to find outside help while I healed. I have heard wonderful things about her professionally. After my accident, I called her immediately to see if she and her caregivers could assist me while I went through the healing process. I needed help getting to doctors, going food shopping, going to the physical therapist’s the bank and even to meetings. No matter what time I reached out to Linda, day or night, she got back immediately and insured that I was able to get assistance with whatever I needed help with. She was also very reassuring, which was comforting during a difficult time.. She took care of everything with kindness, professionalism and care. The Caring Home Care staff was very nice, efficient and helpful. There's a reason why they're called caring! It’s great to have a support system to be able to get this type of help and CARE when you need it most. I'm eternally grateful that I could count on her, Angie of staffing department,and the caregivers of Caring Home Care. I’m writing this to tell you how much we appreciated Yvonne being in our lives. Not only is she trustworthy, honest, dependable and loyal, she is attendant to her patient as one would be to a family member. She was so helpful to my Aunt Rita in the last years of her life; she made them much more pleasant than they might have been otherwise. I want to take this opportunity to thank your agency for the excellent caring services rendered on my Mom’s behalf. Your aides helped enhanced her daily quality of life. One aide in particular, Tamika has been a godsend, what an angel. She and my mother bonded immediately. Tamika’s upbeat attitude, patience and great work ethic made her a pleasure to be around. When my father suddenly had a stroke, Linda and Caring’s Director of Nursing, responded quickly and efficiently. My Dad was put in the “good hands” of a well-trained and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant. Caring kept in communication with my family; both near and far, while handling all issues, as they arose. The hands-on staffing personnel went above and beyond to provide exceptionally dedicated and professional caregivers. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I got back ten days ago and found Santiago in very good health! I would like to thank you for your help in getting the nurses this last time and specially to praise Marlene for her wonderful job.
