The Lakeside Terrace can be closed off to afford a lovely venue for a smaller wedding, a pre-rehearsal party, an after hours business meeting, a private birthday party, or a small catered event for almost any occasion. Both lofts are located on the second floor of these downtown Market Street buildings, and are resplendent with spacious wraparound balconies in a fabulous New Orleans style. Each of these 3,500 sq. ft. ballrooms is a premier location to hold a wedding reception, dinner and dance, an auction, or a large business conference. An elevated walkway joins both ballrooms. Each ballroom loft can accommodate a capacity of 150 people. The DeFuniak Springs Airport is owned and operated by the City of DeFuniak Springs. The airport serves the general aviation transportation needs of the City and Walton County. In addition to private and recreational flying, the airport also supports business and corporate aviation.
