Our Business Philosophy The objective of our business is to provide top quality Caribbean cuisine and Caribbean products as well as reliable service for our customers. We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site as much as we enjoy providing it for you. Employees play an important role in any business. We are a family owned and family run business.   We started out with a record store in Bronx, New York.  We then decided to relocate to Florida and we opened another store in Downtown Orlando on Church Street.  As the West Indian/Caribbean community grew in Orlando we realized that we needed more than just a Record Store to fully service the area.  We then decided to incorporate a Take Out Restaurant that sold hard to find Caribbean groceries and to keep you in a joyful mood while shopping and dining we decided to throw the Record Store in the mix...hence the name "Caribbean One Stop".  So as you see...Caribbean One Stop is just that, a Take-out Restaurant, a Record Department, a West indian Grocery Department, a Ice Cream and Pastry Counter, Beer and Wine Bar, and of course, over the counter Caribbean Pharmaceuticals (all of grandma's remedies).  It's your one stop shopping for all your Caribean needs. We have been in this location since 1994.  " We are a one of a kind establishment that has plenty to offer.  We pride ourselves in providing the best service to our customers.  We are a Take-out Restaurant specializing in the best cuisine the Caribbean has to offer.  We also have a couple of tables just in case you can't wait until you get home to enjoy your delicious meal.  While waiting for your meal we have hard to find Caribbean grocery items available for purchase and we can even give you tips on how to prepare your favorite dishes.  And if that's not excitement enough.... the restaurant is filled with island music (Reggae, Soca, Calypso etc.) to get you into the island spirit.  The music is also available for purchase...so if you hear something you like just take a few steps into the Record Department and we will be happy to assist you with your musical needs.  Let's say you have an ailment and you are looking for that special product that your mother or grandmother used to give you to make it all better?  Well look no further...our Pharmaceutical Department is sure to do the trick!
