Carefree Yacht Charters is a proud Family Member of VISAR (Virgin Islands Search and Rescue). VISAR is a voluntary organization dedicated to saving life at sea and provides emergency first aid services to yachts on charter in the BVI. VISAR is the officially recognized search and rescue organization in the British Virgin Islands providing 24 hour cover every day of the year in close cooperation with the Royal British Virgin Islands police, fire, and ambulance services. I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all you did to make our charter on Pelican/BVI experience happen. You coordinated everything with my mom (Beverly) and she has nothing but good things to say about your communication and helpfulness. We all had the experience of a lifetime during our week on Pelican. We are ridiculously grateful for our week on Pelican and we will never forget it. First of all, I want to express how much I appreciate ALL you did to make our BVI vacation a trip of a lifetime. From the first phone call to the last, you were patient with all my questions and had all the answers needed to made the decision making much simpler on our end. As this was our first charter, we had no idea where to start and how to proceed. You made the process fun and exciting - most importantly...you instilled trust. Even through the chaos with the hurricanes and all the uncertainty they brought, you were always available and continued to communicate updates which gave us the confidence to move forward. Although we were just one small charter in your busy business, your personal attention and constant accessibility made us feel important and valued. I have already referred a couple friends to Carefree and we will most certainly turn to you for our next trip. We had an absolutely AMAZING trip with Conor and Taylor. Everything was perfection! Thank you again to you for helping us coordinate and plan the trip. You made it so easy to put everything into place. I will definitely recommend your company. Lynne: as the "birthday boy" on this trip I'd like to echo Libby's comments. The whole trip was absolutely fantastic and was made even better by Conor and Taylor and their hospitality and attention to detail. I just got off the phone with a friend who wanted all the details (they are looking at doing a similar trip) and I just raved about the whole experience. Thank you for steering Libby to the Great Adventure! It was, as I am sure you are not surprised, amazing. Beyond amazing. Thank you for your role in helping us set it up, and for getting us onto the Nenne with Donald and Audrey after the hurricane. We would without question use Carefree Yacht Charters again. When I read a review, I always want to know - Would you recommend it to a friend? And would you do it again? Both, yes, a thousand times yes. Without hesitation. We thought this trip was going to be a once in a lifetime experience. But having now been on it, we now know that is not acceptable, there is no chance that once is enough, and are now just figuring out how and when to do it again. We had a fabulous trip, Seahome was the perfect choice for our group! First of all, I want to thank you, Lynne, for your patience and helpfulness after hurricane Irma hit, for guiding us how to best tackle plan B and change our trip to the Grenadine Islands. It was a tough decision to make, especially since we are not super familiar with the Caribbean and that part of the world, but are so grateful that we visited the Grenadine Islands - they were lovely and we had a great time. This was an incredible vacation and I look forward to hopefully doing it again, perhaps to explore another part of the Caribbean in the near future. Rich and Adele were really delightful and were so helpful in so many ways. It was actually quite easy having a 5 month old on board, or at least they made it so! The pack and play fit great, and we used the center area inside as home base for her and her toys. Having the galley down below was key for this, as it allowed for the baby to never interfere with the cooking or other items going on there. Look forward to chartering again soon! We had an incredible time! We all rated it as one of our top family vacations. I really want to thank you. When I had the idea that chartering a boat in the Caribbean might be something we wanted to do, you quickly responded. You answered all my questions and suggested great options for our family. Anastasia was the perfect catamaran for our trip! Feel sure our family will see them again in the future.
