We have used Careficient software going on 4 years. It's been an invaluable tool that has helped our company become the biggest, most efficient Home Health Agency in our area! We have multiple agencies, and the software works great for the challenges of managing each of these. This software has proved to be the most customizable, flexible software we've found. The integrated payroll and billing services help us track all of our financial needs. The EMR has all the tools needed to coordinate care as effectively as possible. We are able to easily stay in compliance as well as track all of our associate's licensing and other legal requirements. The customer service can't be beat! The customer service members are quick and courteous and are eager to assist us until the problems are solved. I've never had a negative experience with the service! Careficient continuously updates and enhances their product. I've never worked with a software company that strived so hard to adapt to our growing needs. All the other software companies I've used in the past failed to show growth and change for the better. I'll recommend Careficient to all HHA's. A+ service all the way around! Wimberley Home Health has been using your software system since June of 2012 and have been very happy with the system. Not only is it user friendly, but our every request to increase functionality has been taken seriously and when possible changes in the program have been made. As well, there have been continuing updates that have increased ease of use and increased functionality. The billing portion of the program is also robust and logical. When there have been questions on our end, they have been answered quickly, and teaching provided where able , to allow us to manage issues on our own. We know that regulatory requirements are met or we are able to make changes ourselves depending on the requirements of insurers. We have watched this programs' continuing growth without becoming less user friendly, and I have every confidence that as Careficient, we will see even more robust additions. Thank you for all your conscientious hard work. The 837 file creation/submission is embedded into the system, so no need to create the file, download/save, and then use another vendor to submit the file. The same holds true for the 835 remit files; Careficient imports into payment screen and with the push of a button payments are posted. Oasis submissions are seamless as well, again by a simple click of a button the files are transmitted and within an hour or so the validation report is also back and ready for review. This is true One-stop functionality. I wanted to take a few minutes and express my satisfaction in the Careficient Agency Management EMR system. I currently manage three home health agencies, while also processing the invoices, manage the payment postings, process the payroll, along with some back-office functions for all three agencies. This is only possible due to the seamless functionality in the Careficient EMR system. Great support from customer reps. I most like the billing component of this software. Very easy to use. Much better than our previous company. Customer rep has been the saving grace for us. He has made the difference in keeping our business. Easy to use and cost effective. Most of the features you do have are easy to understand and learn. Also, since the company was purchased, new features and items have been added that we needed. They keep up with regulations. The color coding is helpful. Responsive to our requests, especially the ones that relate to failures in survey.
