Kevin Kulikowski is a principal with CareersForward and has over 25 years of experience in human resources and operational roles with specialization in hospitality. He has worked in virtually every segment of the hospitality industry from quick service to fast casual to fine dining, holding front- and back-of-the-house positions alike. Kevin became interested in HR “organically” by taking on additional responsibilities while working for Taco Bell in the form of employee relations, recruiting and MIT training for the Central Florida market over 20 years ago! His experience in operations provides a unique perspective in understanding how human resource-based objectives can be most effective at the point of impact. Kevin has a very hands on approach with clients, often spending time onsite at their facilities, assisting front line leaders and business owners with challenging and critical HR hiring-based initiatives. His experience is supported by an MBA earned at the University of Central Florida and undergraduate degrees from Niagara University and SUNY Cobleskill with concentration in hospitality.
