Dr. Julian Harris is President of CareAllies, an innovative population health management services company focused on helping physician groups and delivery systems navigate the transition to value-based care. Julian joined Cigna in September 2015 to accelerate the company's delivery of value-based products and solutions to customers and providers in local markets. He became President of CareAllies in June 2016. Julian trained in internal medicine and primary care at Harvard Medical School's Brigham & Women's Hospital, and he worked as a hospitalist at Cambridge Health Alliance. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Policy & Medical Ethics from Duke University, and he holds a Master of Science degree from Oxford University. He is also a graduate of the Health Care Management MBA Program at the Wharton School of Business and the School of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania.
