Dr. Wendrow has practiced and owned Care Plus Injury Rehabilitation Center in North Miami, FL for over 25 years. Care Plus Injury Rehabilitation Center is a multi disciplinary clinic that offers chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy and surgical/non surgical injury rehabilitation, spinal decompression and nutritional counseling. Dr. Michael S. Wendrow, DC was born in New York and has lived in South Florida since 1967. Dr. Wendrow graduated in 1988 from Life Chiropractic College, in Marietta Georgia with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Since his graduation he has helped thousands of patients heal, recover and rehabilitate from musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Wendrow has practiced and owned Care Plus Injury Rehabilitation Center in North Miami, FL for over 19 years. Care Plus Injury Rehabilitation Center is a multi disciplinary clinic that offers chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy and surgical/non surgical injury rehabilitation, spinal decompression and nutritional counseling. Wendy’s massage style is productive and specific, an artistic flow of Swedish and Deep Tissue trigger point massage therapy, focusing on injury rehabilitation and prevention with compassion and mindfulness. She may use guided meditation and visualization to deepen client self-awareness. Her aim is to deliver exceptional work to help her clients meet their goals through discovery and growth, so they can be able to work hard and play harder. Wendy works with her clients to find success in movement and self-care, and facilitates an enriching journey of becoming more conscious, functional, and healthy in body and mind. Care Plus is a particpating provider for Cigna, AvMed, United Health Care / Humana, Coventry, Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Medicare. All PPO's are accepted. We offer a staff that is not only trained in english but Spanish and Creole.
