Care and Life, LLC (Home Health Services) will be created as a Lakeland Limited Liability Company based in Polk County, owned by a principal investor and operator. The initial office will be established in quality office space on South Florida Ave, Lakeland, Florida, which is the heart of Central Florida. Consumers of our services will be those individuals and families in need of home health care. Other health care professionals such as physicians, attorneys, insurance companies and health care facilities may refer these patients. Our company has already developed an excellent plan to make ourselves known through the presentations we will make to the community via marketing tools and personal interactions. Our agency is licensed by the State of Florida and our services will be reimbursed by Medicaid and Long Term Care, Florida Blue and private insurance companies. We are sure to comply with the regulations and guidelines for the provision of home care services to patients in Lakeland and around cities.
