In his role, Marquez-Sterling developed unscripted series in addition to adapting Zodiak formats for the U.S. Hispanic and Latin America markets, overseeing series including ‘Desafío Fashionista’, ‘Mexico’s Next Top Model’, ‘Zona Ruda’, ‘Vas Con Todo’ and ‘Gana Con Ganas’. As creator of “Lente Loco’ and ‘Alta Tensión’ and producer of various award-winning documentaries, among many more, Carlos returned to CAP Studios as General Manager to look after the MundoMax Channel 8 affiliate in Miami, as well as create new business for CAP Studios. Although hard to miss his presence, his role is often behind the scenes making sure all the cables and wires are in place. Hannert Reyes is an award winning musician and producer of some of the most important music, TV and Film productions in Colombia and in the United States. Hannert has been in tour with some of the most recognized celebrities such as Shaggy, KY Many Marley, Cypress Hill, Flaco Flow & Melanina, Tommy Ruiz and Carlos Vives as a sound engineer and music producer.
