Capital Rental Agency specializes in the management of residential properties throughout Dade & Broward Counties with a focus on the harder to manage inner city market. Gregory Schweitzer, President, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is involved in all aspects of the company and oversees management operations. He attended Florida International University and received a BA in Business Administration. He founded the Overtown Property Owners Association and the Model City Apartment Owners Association and is a recipient of the City of Miami Police Departments Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Services Rendered Award for 1999, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2009.
