Capital Exteriors has come a long way since 2006. Owner Jon Roise originally founded the company as Roise Rain Gutter Inc right here in North Dakota. Shortly after, he acquired the 30 year old Bismarck based company Capital City Gutters from Todd Keena as he retired. In 2017 our name changed to better reflect the many services we provide to the entire North Dakota state. Our goal is to give the highest quality Roofing, Siding, Windows, and Seamless Gutter products at competitive rates while giving our top notch installation services.
