Capital City Investigative Services - About Us Andrea Bailey attended high school in Key West, Florida. She went on to attend Florida State University and Saint Leo University. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2007 and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2010. Andrea is currently in the doctoral program at Capella University pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Service. All investigations are fully compliant and conducted in accordance with state and federal laws.
